Hello fellow deviants! It's been a while, as usual. Not too sure if I am really 'back' or not. I have been on more than I have been in the past, but still it's not as regular as I would like it to be. So I am not going to make promises that I am back, but I am not saying I will not be on... it'll just be random!

As far as what's going on in my life, I graduated [college!]. To be specific, I now have an Associate of Science [A.S.] degree in Photographic Technology from the Southeastern Center for Photographic Studies or Daytona Beach College. It seems like I just picked up a camera last night and am in high school shooting all those Photo I assignments, but in reality I am a working photographer! Although I have a degree I have been blessed with acceptance to the undergraduate program offered at Savannah College of Art & Design [SCAD] and they were nice enough to award me a scholarship which covers a little more than half of the tuition- they also accept funding from an in-state program for financial aid. Just waiting for the final figures to go through and seeing how much in total it may cost me or if I need to take a loan out [which, I hope I do not have to].

Working at Target [] still. I have semi-transitioned to Guest Service department; am still working in the photo lab, but I tend to wonder over to Guest Services a majority of the time to give breaks/lunches or just help... Also recently received a raise which is about time w/o one for almost a year and a half. Many have quit or not shown up for work [fired], so it's kinda been hectic. Not sure if I will transfer to a Target up in Georgia or not- I think I'd like to work for the school paper taking pictures or some kind of Work/Study program. Unless if I can get Target to help fund my education, then by all means I'll work there!

Other than work my life has been dramatically changing due to my relationship with God. This may sound silly to you, but I have really grown the past year and I can only give credit to God through the use of being plugged into a church that truly desires this change within my life. I have been in this group of similar guys & gals my age and we just apply the sermon to our lives and how it practically should be lived out; not really right.wrong answers. Just different people from different walks of life coming together for one purpose and to ultimately lead to the one goal of just glorifying God and making disciples as we are commanded to do. If you ever need someone to talk to about spiritual things, I am always free and happy to talk to you.

In efforts of the previous, we are called to use our gifts God has given us to further His kingdom. Hopefully you have noticed my passion for photography and visual mediums, so I have taken a volunteer position of being the Art Director for the Youth ministry. I am pretty excited about what the future has in store and we progress within the next few months and how it really gives me a clear focus of what I need to be doing in the world with my own work as a photographer/digital artist.
